I Forgot how it goes. I think you pull something, then the wheels delivers water. I was on duty, and wearing my uniform, and the bulletproof vest has a flat that goes int he front and back, and I kinda peed on it b/c of that damn pisser, as I tried to aim as high as I could. lol

I think you're supposed to pee on the wheel to make it spin. When you do it hard enough it'll generate sufficient energy to flush the contraption.
