panerais are great watches, i own a ti 118 mechanical (hand wind) heres a few pics http://www.paneristi.com/reference/vendome...0/pam_118_1.jpg (http://www.paneristi.com/reference/vendome/images/pam_101_120/pam_118_1.jpg) and the money shot http://www.paneristi.com/reference/vendome...0/pam_118_2.jpg (http://www.paneristi.com/reference/vendome/images/pam_101_120/pam_118_2.jpg) its a very simple watch, vintage style, and great quality. these watches WERE NOT PROMOTIONAL items. they are limited production and very rare. rolex is a good watch, but they are played out imho the sub looks like a $200 sieko, the only rolex's that stand apart from the rest are presedential and daytona's. it all comes down to what you want...and at 44mm (like my watch is) and the simplicity of a 1 time use camera its not for everyone.

When i saw DTM's watch i thought it was some cheap $100 leather watch but then he told me how much it was, I was in awe. It cost more than my wheels and body kit combined. but then he took it off and show me the back, which looked pretty cool, so i guess its worth $$$$. hey its called clen_something, email me for more info. ;)

what do you like about the rolex...the fact its a rolex? talk to somone who knows watches....they arent all people think they are, kinda the go-to watch, and a status symbol to catch the average persons eye (kinda like a tahoe on 22's with a system)
