I was heading home the other day and I took a left turn at a 'normal' speed and as soon as I was through the turn a Mitsubish Lancer EVO 8 came flying around the very same corner :o
I had not spotted this car prior to taking the turn, so I assume he was travelling A LOT faster then me :P When I saw the way he took the turn I figured he'd be up for a race! :D
Funny thing is, as soon as he saw me (ahead of him) he slowed down :blink: We both had to stop at a set of lights, I was in the right lane and he was in the left. The left lane ended so I figured it was going to be a very quick race, and that the EVO would 'rip me out of the hole' :lol:
As he pulled up to the lights he stopped about 1/2 a car length behind me and I could hear him getting his revs up as the light was about to change :banana: :banana:
Light goes green I rocket off the line and he takes off normally :hmmm: :blink:
It was the stranges thing ever! I don't classify this as a win AT ALL, but a strange story I thought you guys might get a laugh out of, I know I surely did! :stupid:
